The Present Continuous Tense to talk about FUTURE arrangements
Quick Revision of the Present Continuous Tense:
Instead of saying, “The correct form of the helping (auxiliary) verb to be in the present tense + the verb + ing” we can say ‘The correct form of the helping (auxiliary) verb to be in the present tense + present participle’.

We can use the Present Continuous Tense to talk about PLANNED / already ORGANISED events.
